Shipping
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email to inform you that our fulfillment team has received your order and started work.
As the artwork is carefully hand made to order, artworks take approximately 2-3 weeks to print, frame and ship.
Our artwork is printed and framed in the EU, UK and the USA depending on your delivery location. Therefore local VAT is already included in the quoted price.
Shipping is included.
If you are based in a country in which we currently don't offer our artwork, please contact us on shopdariusphoto@gmail.com and we will aim to give you a special quote.
Returns
Each and every artwork is custom made to order, handmade just for you. Therefore all artwork orders are final and non-refundable as soon as they are made and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
In the exceptional event an artwork arrives damaged, please notify us immediately within 24 hours of receiving your artwork via email to shopdariusphoto@gmail.com providing documented detailed photos of the damage to the artwork and the photos of the box in which the artwork arrived and a member of the team will contact you to resolve the issue.
